1. Account at Grosvenor Stone
All purchasing is on pro-forma basis, Prices exclude VAT & freight charges where applicable.

2. Freight
We deliver to UK mainland only: A delivery cost can be provided on a delivery postcode supplied by the customer only and is on a Standard 3-day delivery from collection from our premises unless otherwise requested, the carrier will endeavour to give 24hrs notice on the telephone number supplied by a customer. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on a tail lift vehicle to roadside only It is the responsibility of the customer to check their consignments for any shortages, damages and product supplied at the time of the delivery, any breakages, shortages or incorrect product should be reported to us no later than 48hrs after the delivery date, no responsibility can be accepted for shortages, damages or wrong product supplied after this time.Collection can be made from our workshops at Milton Green Chester by appointment only.

3. Order/Payment
After you submit your order through the website/email, we will provide a pro forma invoice and order confirmation which is sent by email. This email will include instructions on how to make your payment. Payment must be made by bank transfer. It is the customers responsibility to check the order confirmation for the products ordered, colour finish and quantity, Once the order has been confirmed and payment received, your order will be scheduled in to be manufactured, our lead times vary greatly please request our current lead times at the time of order. All goods remain the property of Grosvenor Stone until payment is received in full.
4. Breakages/shortages
All products are made to order and shipped in a good usable condition, in the unlikely event notification of any breakages or shortages must be received by us (Grosvenor stone) no longer than 48 hrs from the order delivery date this is so we can notify the carrier of any damages while in transit with them. We will endeavour to replace any damaged products in a reasonable time slot subject to our lead time at that time , any return requests are at the discretion on Grosvenor stone and are subject to a 20% handling charge, the customer's will be liable for the payment of carriage back to our workshops. Any products returned except the damaged units must be in a saleable condition. refunds will be by credit note in the customer payee’s payment account. We may request photographic verification of such damage or incorrect supply.
5. Warranty
ll products are hand made from natural materials, they may differ from photos on our website in colour and texture and may contain blemishes associated with a product made from natural stone and materials and are pro consistent with their designed usage. Liability of Grosvenor Stone is limited to the invoice value of any item causing consequential loss to a customer.Full terms and conditions are available on request, Use of this website & any internet links accessed through it is at the liability of the buyer. Grosvenor stone do not guarantee that it or the server is free of malicious internet activity.
